In Her Own Words: Efficient and Determined
I love seeing good work make a difference. I value the time it takes to get people to the table, and I never want to see that time wasted. I like things to be efficient and I want everyone to leave a meeting feeling like they invested their time wisely. I am determined to get the job done and goals achieved, while making sure that each person has a voice and enjoys being part of the process.
